Trotwood has really grown to love the Buzz and Woody plush dolls we got him for Christmas. Scrapbooking has been a good outlet for me lately so I thought it would be good to just keep track of what we've been doing.

I just sent out this as an email to those friends and family members I have email addresses for.
My dearest friends and family,
It is with great sorrow and a heavy heart that I once again relay to you sad news concerning our family. On Monday, January 9th, our daughter came into this world and remained with us for only a short time before returning to her Father in Heaven. Our daughter was born via emergency c-section and had many of the same medical issues as our first child. Although after an autopsy and discussions with different doctors concerning the death of our first child, no one could provide us with an explanation of what caused her condition. Because the two circumstances are almost identical, we plan to investigate this as much as possible to determine if we will be able to have any more children. Once again, we are so grateful to the organization, Now I Lay Me Down to Sleep and for the photography service they provide to people in situations like ours. Funeral services were held on January 14th for our sweet baby girl.
As we mourn the loss of another infant daughter, we once again are able to find comfort in the gospel of Jesus Christ and the knowledge that we will be together as a family again someday. I have grown to treasure these words by the Prophet Joseph Smith: "The Lord takes many away, even in infancy, that they may escape the envy of man, and the sorrows and evils of this present world; they were too pure, too lovely, to live on earth; therefore, if rightly considered, instead of mourning we have reason to rejoice as they are delivered from evil, and we shall soon have them again..." We thank you all, again, for your love, support and prayers as we adjust to life without our daughter.
